Doors Hardware
We offer two distinct hardware configurations to suit your door’s size and function:
Roller Latch Setup
- Includes one or two roller latches, custom iron pulls, and a deadbolt.
- The number of roller latches depends on the door’s size:
- For 8-foot tall doors, a single roller latch is generally sufficient.
- Solid panel doors or larger doors may require two roller latches for optimal performance.
- Pivot doors and oversized doors should always use at least two roller latches for improved control and stability.
- All roller latch systems are adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the pressure to ensure the door stays securely latched but opens smoothly.
Cast Spring-Loaded Latch with Door Pull and Deadbolt
- This setup features an integrated spring latch, door pull, and deadbolt in a single unit.
- The spring-loaded latch eliminates the need for a separate roller latch, as it provides reliable latching action on its own.
- All components are cast from bronze and cast iron, ensuring durability and classic aesthetics.
- Designed for standard-sized doors; on larger doors, the proportions of this hardware may appear undersized.
